Focus on linking conscious breath with a mindful flow which awakens strength, energy, and flexibility. This class includes traditional asana (poses) and sequences: sun salutations, standing poses, seated poses, backbends and an opportunity to learn/practice inversions. Open to all students.

Finding the balance between strength and flexibility through linking breath (pranayama) with conscious movement. Concentrating on proper alignment and engagement of core muscles and discovering your bandhas (energy locks). Focus on one "PEAK" posture in class. This class is warm (heated to 80 degrees) and appropriate to all students.
Yoga Core and Yin Yoga
This class is designed to challenge your body while moving with breath. We will move through dynamic, static and balancing postures designed to strengthen and stabilize the core muscles. Class will then focus and conclude with a deep stretching in Yin postures to stretch the connective tissue's of the body, the tendons, fascia and ligaments, with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.
